Sahyadri Journal of Management (SJOM)

SJOM is a biannual peer reviewed online journal which is double blind reviewed and published by Department of Business Administration, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, Mangaluru. The journal encourages research across wide range of management topics related to creative thinking,innovation, entrepreneurship and other management practices. The journal publishes full length articles and invites manuscripts that provide an insight into excellent management practices.

The journal intends to be a platform for innovative thinking and research on relevant management topics, which meet high academic standard. SJOM is interested in publication and diffusion of articles related to theoretical and empirical research associated with areas of management. SJOM pursues to publish original and high quality research articles that would contribute to building empirical and theoretical understanding of management aspects in Business related activities. Its focal point on research and reflections relevant to academicians and practicing managers.

• Submission of a manuscript to SJOM implies a commitment by the author to publish it.
• The articles submitted should be the original work of authors and should not be published earlier, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere.
• The manuscript should have a cover page containing the article title, addresses, phone no. and email address. These details should not be published elsewhere in the manuscript.
• The cover page should be followed by the actual paper containing the title followed by the abstract (150- 200 words), keywords (5-6)& manuscript should be between 4000-5000 words.
• Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and sources should be mentioned at the bottom.
• Authors must acknowledge all the sources they have drawn upon . Latest APA style of citation should be used.
• Manuscripts have to be in MS word only in Times New Roman Font 1.5 spacing.
• Title :14-point bold , Headings:12 point bold, Sub Heading : 11 point italics Body Text :11 point normal
• All manuscripts submitted go through a double blind review process. On the recommendation of the Editorial Board, the articles may be accepted /rejected or recommended for improvement.
